Many arrive at Hope Pastures in poor condition, having endured neglect, inadequate housing, or abandonment when owners realise the long-term commitment involved.

Your socks support daily care costs, veterinary treatment including hoof care and dental work, facility maintenance, and the sanctuary's education programmes. Hope Pastures never rehomes their residents - once a donkey arrives, they have a guaranteed home for life, typically 30-40 years.
