This 95g bar combines peppermint and lime oils with an arnica flower infusion in sunflower oil for a cool, citrus-scented wash. Handmade in Yorkshire, it is a refreshing addition to your post-workout shower, not a treatment for muscle pain or injury.

How to use and care for your bar

Lather with water, wash and rinse thoroughly. Keep on a draining soap dish between uses so the bar can dry.

Ingredients: Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Rapeseedate, Aqua, Sodium Castorate, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Peel Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Arnica Montana Flower, Limonene*, Pinene*, Terpineol*, Terpinolene*, Alpha-Terpinene*, Menthol* (*naturally occurring in essential oils).

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Contains lime peel oil and peppermint oil which are photosensitising. Avoid direct sun exposure on treated skin immediately after use. Contains naturally occurring Limonene, Pinene, Terpineol, Terpinolene, Alpha-Terpinene, and Menthol. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
