Friendly Soap was founded in 2009 in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, by two friends who were frustrated by the lack of genuinely simple, effective soap options for sensitive skin. Every bar is still handmade in their Yorkshire workshop using the cold-process method - the traditional soap-making technique that preserves the natural properties of plant oils and butters. The result is a harder, longer-lasting bar that retains all the beneficial properties of its ingredients.
