Friendly Soap was founded in 2009 in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, by two friends who were frustrated by the lack of genuinely natural, affordable soap options. Every bar is still handmade in their Yorkshire workshop using the cold-process method - the traditional soap-making technique that preserves the natural properties of plant oils, butters, and essential oils. Unlike mass-produced soap, which is made quickly using heat and harsh chemicals, cold-process soap takes weeks to cure properly. The result is a harder, longer-lasting bar that's gentler on your skin.

Friendly Soap use only plant-based oils - no animal fats, no palm oil, no questionable ingredients.
