The Three Varieties

Red Habanero (Capsicum Chinense) is the hottest variety in this kit, sitting at around 100,000 to 350,000 Scoville units. Habaneros are notoriously slow to germinate and prefer consistent warmth, so they are the one to start first and give the most attention.
